Purchasing Procedure

  • Choose an apartment that corresponds to your conception and budget. You can express your preliminary interest by filling in a form to be found on this internet site (apartment evidence card, contact), by making a phone call or in person in negotiation with a broker at our Business Centre or with our contractual sellers.
  • If you express your preliminary interest in an apartment, our broker will provide you with all information about the apartment as well as the project. The apartment you select from the offer will be available marked ‘Preliminary Inquiry’ and will be reserved free of charge for 7 days as of the date on which our broker contacted you. If you decide to purchase an apartment (confirmation of preliminary interest) it is necessary to submit the information necessary for drafting the Preliminary Contract concerning the transfer of an apartment unit (hereinafter referred to as ‘Future Purchase Contract’) to our broker, including information on method of financing. Based on the information provided as above, your broker will prepare the draft of the Future Purchase Contract figuring a specific method of financing. The Future Purchase Contract identifies especially the subject of the transfer, purchase price and method of payment, building work completion deadlines and handing over of the apartment and other conditions necessary to conclude a contract concerning the transfer of an apartment unit (hereinafter referred to as ‘Purchase Contracts’). The apartment in the offer will be marked „Sold“ following the conclusion of the Future Purchase Contract. Should the Future Purchase Contract not be concluded within 21 days following the confirmation of preliminary interest, the reservation will be cancelled and the apartment released for purchase.
  • Upon completion of the building and the external works, allocation of house number and other formalities, the seller shall submit a proposal to submit the statement of the owner of the building concerning the identification of apartment units to respective land registry and invites you to conclude the Purchase Contract and to take over of the apartment. We will handle all your administrative matters concerning the submission of your Purchase Contract to the respective land registry.
  • Upon the take over of the flat you will receive a building design scheme of the apartment, power supply payer transfer documents, instructions for use concerning the apartment and common areas of the building and apartment evidence sheet figuring the amounts of advance payments for house and apartment services. The building management will be provided by an expert company. We will also convene the first meeting of the apartment unit owners in the building.
  • Now you have become owners of a new apartment, congratulations!

Last advice
Even if the apartment you are interested in is marked ‘Preliminary Inquiry’ or ‘Reservation’, nothing is lost! Contact our Business centre or our contractual sellers, we will register you as the ‘next in line’ and once the desired apartment is released for purchase, we will immediately inform you.
