Metrostav Development

Since 1995, property development projects have become another business activity of Metrostav a.s. In 2008 was founded an independent company Metrostav Development a.s., which is covering all the developers projects for Metrostav Group. We develop primarily residential housing projects in interesting and valued localities. We manage and carry out all project phases from finding a suitable plot of land over developing the concept and financing the project to selling or renting the property by means of our own real estate agency. Quality is not the only are of our focus, we as well concentrate on unique and non-traditional architecture that respects global modern trends. As evidence of this we can mention the Best of Realty, Stavba roku (Construction Project of the Year) and the Nový domov (New Home) awards that we have received for our projects. Stability, financial strength, experience, expert knowledge of our staff and their responsible attitude guarantee our potential clients that every project will be completed at the contract price, by the agreed deadline and in the quality comparable to the European standard.

Commercial Center of Metrostav Development a.s. (Inc.)

By means of our own real estate agency, we provide comprehensive services connected with the sale of all our real property in Prague and Central Bohemia. The City Gate (Ostravská brána) project in Ostrava is our cooperation with the well-established Bonus Group real estate agency.

Metros Customer Care Center

Within the Metrostav group we cooperate Metros, s.r.o., a subsidiary that provides a full range of services pertaining to customers’ requirements for apartment modifications and standard or above-standard furnishings.
