Basic Payment Schedule

• 1. deposit – 20 % of the purchase price within 10 working days following the signature of the Future Contract.
• balance – 80 % of the purchase price on the date of signature of the Purchase Contract

Basic Mortgage Repayment Schedule

• 1. deposit – 20 % of the purchase price within 10 working days following the signature of the Future Contract.
• balance – 80 % of the purchase price financed by mortgage loan following the submission of a proposal to submit the Purchase Contract to the land registry.
